
I’m pretty much a hot mess when it comes to being organized.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in May 2022, and so many things made sense after that.
The piles of stuff, the overwhelm I got from looking at them but not having the capacity to do anything about it… now I know that I’m not simply lazy. My brain just works differently and I have to work WITH it, not AGAINST it.
